Process Automation

Every business has work that is important, repetitive and completely unrewarding. We automate it end to end — with rules you control, exceptions routed to people, and a log of every action taken.

What this is

Process Automation that fits the business you actually run

Automation goes wrong when it is bolted onto a broken process, or when it hides what it did. We fix the process first where it is cheap to fix, then automate what is left, and make the whole thing observable.

The result is measured the way you would measure a person: how much work it gets through, how often it needs help, and how quickly you find out when something changes.

The problems we are usually called about

Copy, paste, repeat

Skilled people spend their week moving data between systems that will not talk.

It only breaks at month end

Volume spikes turn a manageable process into overtime and mistakes.

Approvals disappear

Work sits in an inbox with no SLA, no visibility and no escalation.

Nobody can prove what happened

When a customer or auditor asks, reconstructing the trail takes days.

What we do

5 ways we deliver this

Take one of these on its own, or let us own the whole practice area end to end.

How we work

Four habits that keep this out of trouble

None of them are clever. All of them are the difference between software that lands and software that limps.

Book a discovery call

Measure the process as it is

Volumes, handling time, error rate, cost. Without a baseline there is no improvement to claim.

Simplify before you automate

Steps that exist only because of an old system get removed, not encoded forever.

Automate the happy path first

Most of the volume, least of the risk. Exceptions get a queue, an owner and an SLA.

Watch it like a service

Dashboards, alerts and a runbook, so a stuck job is noticed by us and not by your customer.

Toolkit

What we build with

We choose boring, well-supported technology on purpose — it is easier to hire for and cheaper to live with.

The groundwork that comes with it

Questions

The things clients ask us first

If yours is not here, ask it — we would rather answer honestly than sell you something that will not work.

Ask us directly
In our experience it means the same team absorbing growth and spending their time on exceptions, customers and improvement instead of re-keying. We will tell you honestly what the numbers look like for your process — including the roles that change.
Yes. Where there is no API we automate the interface reliably — with proper waits, verification of every step and screenshots when something looks wrong. It is not our first choice, but it works, and it needs no change to the legacy system.
It stops, keeps its state, records where it got to and raises an exception with the evidence. Work is never half-done and invisible. Re-running is safe because every step is idempotent by design.
For a well-chosen first process, usually inside a quarter. We size the automation against measured handling time, so the business case is arithmetic rather than optimism.

Let’s talk about your process automation.

Tell us the outcome you need. We will tell you honestly what it takes to get there — and what we would not bother doing.
